I received this Approval Notice and plans in this morning’s mail. A PDF of the notice, including the streetscape view, is attached.

It is still a single family home, however now with no garage, but with a single-stall, hard-surfaced parking pad, accessed off of the lane. The only controversial element is the lack of a privacy wall on the West side of the elevated rear deck. That’s something the West neighbour should consider in relation to his rear-yard privacy. His representatives are copied on this email.
