I received the Notice of Decision and these attachments via email this afternoon.

Please share and discuss this email with your neighbours, some of whom may not be community members, or may not have provided us with their email address.

This is also sent to the LPCA with the request that they convey this notice to all the condo owners/residents in North Erlton, and in particular to those in the buildings that abut Erlton Road, since they will be primarily affected by the non-residential traffic on Erlton Road.

I expect to receive a hard-copy of the plans later this week.

I received this Development Permit application and plans Monday afternoon. A PDF of some of it is attached.

It is for a temporary sales centre for the Anthem project. Vehicle access to the site is via Erlton Road and 22nd Avenue SW.

I have the plans available for review. Please call if you would like to see them. The plans will also be available at our October 14th community association meeting.
