The developers presented this proposal at our last community meeting.
It is to be built on the lot beside the Shaw parking lot. It is a single family style home with a secondary suite in the basement of the main building. It includes a three car detached garage accessed from the lane, with one of the bays providing off-street parking for the secondary suite.
While they have not yet applied for a development permit, they assured us that their project will require no relaxations.
