mandatory 21 day appeal period.

We received this Development Permit application and plans this morning. A PDF of some of it is attached.

It is a two-storey semi-detached with a detached garage, accessed off the lane, providing four parking stalls.

We discussed the design with the developer prior to their application. They incorporated changes to address the concerns expressed by neighbours with respect to a previous design that was rejected as the result of an appeal.
