I received this Development Permit Application for Erlton’s comments this afternoon. A PDF of the application, the City’s review of the plans, and a street view is attached.


The design meets the requirements of our ARP, and the only significant issues are the excessive building depth, and no indication that the side windows  that project beyond the adjacent homes are translucent to minimize privacy invasion. Please call if you would like to review the complete set of plans.
