The City has purchased the decommissioned Enmax site at 108 Mission Road SW and would like to use it to develop up to 18 affordable housing units as indicated in this letter to the ECA.

The land is currently zoned M-CGd72 which would allow 10 to 12 units on the site. 18 units will likely require a rezoning. At this point this letter is all the information we have. It will be a subject of discussion at a future general meeting, when a representative of the City can attend, and will be noted on the agenda.

UPDATE: A representative from Calgary Housing will attend the May 14th general meeting to make a presentation and answer questions.
