OLDER ADULTS ARE AT RISK – LIFE CAN KNOCK US DOWN

FREE HOUSING AND INFORMATION EVENT FOR SENIORS & THEIR FAMILIES

As we grow older, many changes and challenges can take place. Life can knock us down. This Event will inspire Older Adults to help overcome hurdles and learn how to stay strong and even help others.

We can enhance our quality of life by embracing the many changes that take place with some planning and research.  Experts that are knowledgeable about a variety of senior housing, services and supports will be available to answer questions.

The Calgary Seniors Housing Forum Society is bringing together Experts to share important information on Senior’s Housing and living a Healthy & Inspired Life – join us for “Inspired Living” Put Yourself in the Driver’s Seat, a special 1/2 day Event.

The October 5th event will include the following topics:

Keeping informed – information on all types of housing for seniors, financial security and home safety.

Stay Strong & Building Resiliency – learn all about Mental Health First Aid

Inspired! – many everyday people like YOU found a path to inspiration. Join us as we invite

a panel of amazing people share how they were inspired in their lives. 

This will definitely be one of the most informative local Housing Forums & Information Sessions to be held in Calgary!

To be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019   Location: 1133 – 7th Avenue S.W.

(Kerby Centre – main Gym) Doors Open at 9:30 a.m. There is limited seating – Registration is recommended.
