This is to advise of approval of the above DP application. Notification from the City states:
The development permit was approved on Friday last week and is set for an advertising period of Thursday November 24 – Thursday December 15th. The drawings that were sent in December 2021 are the final approved drawing set. I’ve attached the list of bylaw discrepancies that form part of the approval with the relaxation rationale in red.
There were no revisions to the drawings in response to community comments submitted on January 13, 2022.
If you wish to appeal, submit your appeal with reasons to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board prior to December 15, 2022.
