This is to advise of approval of the DP application that had revised drawings as notified on August 12. As mentioned, the revision was intended to address the ECA comments from the initial submission. The massing has been reduced such that most of the east elevation complies but there remains one small area of the second floor of the southernmost unit that extends beyond the maximum building envelope. It also has a relaxation of visitor parking (1 required, 0 provided) and the contextual front yard setback (4.81m required, 3.02m provided). 

The approval will be advertised for a 21 day appeal period starting September 22, 2022 and ending October 13, 2022.   If you wish to appeal, submit your appeal with reasons to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within the 21 day period. This is to advise of revised drawings for the DP application that was submitted earlier this year, and appears to be the latest revision that was intended to address the ECA comments from the initial submission. The massing has been reduced such that most of the east elevation complies but there remains one small area of the second floor of the southernmost unit that extends beyond the maximum building envelope.

This appears to be the final version that will be considered for approval. The deadline for comment is September 2, 2022.

We have revised drawings for the above DP. It appears the only significant change is the removal of the third level for the northernmost unit (the one that extends over the garage).
