Attached is the site plan, a streetscape view, and some other information received in today’s mail. They’re available for review. Please call if you would like to see them.

DP2013-4408b

The house plans were circulated yesterday, and are also posted on our community website at erltoncommunity.com under the Planning & Development tab.

It’s a single family home with a rear detached garage, and other than some minor Land Use Bylaw discrepancies, there are no concerning issues.

Our planning committee will review all the information in more detail and craft a comment to the City. We’ll circulate and post that as well.

We received some feedback and questions from the first notice sent yesterday. You can find the LUB flood rules starting at page 69 at this link:  http://tinyurl.com/mpmo3tn and some information of flood mitigation measures for homes being rebuilt, here: http://tinyurl.com/mgcql9a

I received this email and attachments this afternoon.

I requested a site plan and a streetscape view, and the file manager advises that the complete set of plans, in paper, is in the mail.

It is a single family home with a rear detached garage, and by all appearances meets the Bylaw – with very minor discrepancies.

There are no concerning issues that I’m aware of at this time, and once the paper plans are received, they’ll also be available for review. Please call if you would like to see them.
