I received this Development Permit application and plans this morning.
A PDF is attached.
There are multiple deficiencies noted as the result of the City’s review. The two most notable are that the building is too close to the property line on both Macleod Trail and 27th Avenue.
I have the plans available for review. Please call if you would like to see them.
