It’s nearly that time of year— Stampede !!
The Erlton Community Association (ECA) is fortunate enough to be holding yet another STAMPEDE PARKING FUNDRAISER EVENT from July 4 to 13 at the old school in Erlton.
This is, by far, our most important fundraiser of the year but we need your help and support. Attached is our STAMPEDE PARKING FUNDRAISER VOLUNTEER SIGN UP SHEET. Please consider signing up for a shift or two to raise funds for either our future Community Garden build @ Erlton Park OR for the Erlton Community Association general account. Mark YES if you choose to support the garden and NO if you prefer to support the association general account.
Volunteer responsibilities include greeting our parking guests, asking for a $20 etransfer to our Association (or cash), directing the guest where to park and recording their licence plate number. That’s it! Two volunteers will cover each shift (see sign up sheet for times and dates). We will have a tent, chairs and refreshments on site. PLUS, there will be a Volunteer’s Party after the Stampede as a thank you.
