As mentioned at Tuesday’s meeting regarding verbal communications, this development permit was withdrawn by the applicant today at SDAB; therefore the appeal is moot. The SDAB accepted the withdrawal and the permit will not be issued. The written decision will be posted on the website when received.

The adjacent neighbour to the east filed an appeal against approval of this DP and, as voted by the membership at the November Annual General Meeting, the ECA is a co-appellant.
The appeal is scheduled for a hearing on February 10, 2022 at 10:00am. The SDAB Appeal Number is 2021-0085 and the deadline for submissions is Feb. 2, 2022 at noon. If you have already submitted a comment to SDAB you do not need to do so again. If you wish to file a submission, please send an email before the deadline to info@calgarysdab.ca and quote the file number.
